Where to enter codes
In the browser
1. Go to the official website to enter the codes : https://hsr.hoyoverse.com/gift
2. Go to your profile, select your server, and then enter your nickname and the code itself (screenshot below).
On PC, PlayStation and mobile devices
1. While controlling your character, press Escape (PC). In console and mobile versions, select the main menu.
2. Click on the three dots next to the hero’s nickname and select “Promo code.”
Important!
- Code activation is available after character creation.
- The reward will arrive in your in-game email within 5 minutes, where you must claim it within 30 days.
