- You must have at least Adventure Rank 10.
- Go to the official website to enter codes : https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/ru/gift
- Go to your profile, select your server, and then enter your nickname and the code itself (screenshot below).
On PC, PlayStation and mobile devices
- While controlling your character, press Escape (PC). In console and mobile versions, go directly to the Settings menu.
- Select “Settings” (gear), go to “Account” and select the “Promo Code” option.
